THINGS TO FOLLOW


Before you start the exercises i'm sharing right after the stretching exercises,you should make sure you follow the list of things you need to do and the things you should not. It is for the benefit of your safety and more effective way to deal with your body. It is not very simple to follow these instructions but with good determination you can definitely do these exercises well and better.The list may include things which you have to purchase also so i'm preferring things which is easily available in the market for both the workouts and your diet plans which you can check out back in my posts. 

TO DO's 


  • Maintain a healthy body


Eat right and sleep well. Keep your body always active and try avoiding things which would affect your body's health and even your mental healt. Keep yourself fit and eat a lot of healthy food.


  • Drink a lot of water


Keep yourself hydrated and do not suffer from thirst or even hunger as it willl greatly affect your body's output. Drink minimum of 15-17 glasses per day so that you are always energized and so that you don't get tired soon.


  • Meditation and yoga


Meditation and yoga are two most powerful things which can be practiced on a regular basis and which will lead you to master your senses and thus help you in all possible ways, It is told that one who knows to conquer his/her mind can conquer and control anything in life and even his own body- It is very true and i prefer you to follow it. It keeps you calm and increases your concentration and patience, it will not only help you to maintain good mental health but also will keep you happier with peace of mind.


  • To do list


Create a good list of to do's and make sure you stick onto them, adding things which would help you the best would  make you the best. Everyone wants to be the best but without putting efforts there's no possible way to do that. Assign time to your schedule and stick onto it.A strong routine on workout and diet will bring a lot of changes in you which will amaze others including yourself. Try it and yes you  can do it.


  • Eat right


Eat right,eat healthy and do not forget to eat a lot of greens which are very important for your body. Eat a lot of healthy food like carrots,tomato's and green leaves including spinach,broccoli and other such vegetables.Fruits is another important part of your diet so eat a lot of right fruits and when it comes to drinking. Stop cool drinks and beverages and start up with green tea and fresh fruit juices. It might be hard for you to follow this routine but trust me it will help you much better and you will even look much better than before that's the cool part. 


  • Relax 


There might be a lot of stress and it might be either personal or professional but those things are not worth your pressure and it would put you into depression and that will hamper everything. I know how stressed can a person be if he/she going though a bad time. Chuck everything and remember you can always strat up new and fresh and try giving a lot more importance to yourself than others who do not deserve it. I promise you would love the change, Leave the past behind ,take a new start and take it as a challenge. Try taking justice rather than revenge. Relax yourself, play with your pets,listen to music, play sports ,watch a movie, get some break from all negative things and get focussed, IT WILL GET YOU STRONG.


  • Help Others


Helping is one of the most awesome things which a person can do. Not only does the other person feels happy but even you get satisfied and euphoric of the right good things you do. Share your ideas which you learn everyday and spread it, but share it to only those who are interested or worth it.You will be much appreciated and respected for that. HELP YOURSELF TOO. 


THINGS NOT TO DO


  • STOP SMOKING AND DRINKING EXCESSIVELY 


Smoking has a terrible effect on your body. There's a whole set of things which get effected due to smoking and it makes you look weak and definitely gets you weaker everyday. Try avoiding or control the rate of smoking. If you're smoking 5-6 cigarettes a day,try making it 2-3 and then slowly quit. It might sound hard but with determination to improve yourself you can get over smoking and even drinking very much. It'm not asking you not to enjoy i'm preferring you to enjoy once in a while which is healthier..


  • DO NOT SKIP YOUR ROUTINE


You might get tired or even a little lazy at times to follow your routine but if you skip your routine,the chances are- you will get more lazier and stop doing it at once or get addicted to bad things which will jeopardize everything and even affect your health or you will find it much harder to get back on track. Stick onto your diet and workout routines which i will teach you. It will not only help you to be fit but also to be a better YOU.


  • DO NOT OVER STRAIN YOURSELF


By doing the workouts without breaks and without practice might leave you with a lot of injuries and thus it might get painful and reduce your confidence. Limited amount of awesome workout for a sufficient amount of time will give you the best results.


  • DO NOT GET INTO MEANINGLESS FIGHTS


No matter how much of efforts you put there will always be people who will criticize you and put you down but you should not take it to consideration but instead stay strong. I will teach you how to control your body and mind. I will even teach you to fight in this blog but use them right,use them only to protect yourself and your loved ones. I will give you a clear details on what changes you would experience after you follow these things. I WILL HELP YOU.


  • DO NOT CRITICIZE ANYONE .
Work on improving yourself into a better and awesome person everyday. WORK ON IT. YOU WILL SUCCEED.
